Bern's is highly recommended. The service is cosmic. The server was quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful guiding us through the menu and providing information that enabled us to make great choices. The wine selection is an amazing 10,000 types of wine at this location. The server claimed that Bern’s has the best wine collection in the world! Anyway they have this warehouse that supposedly has 600,000 that they have in store and is available upon request and you can take a tour in that cellar.

The Rack is a billiard parlor that serves excellent sushi. They feature high quality billiard tables and three full liquor bars. The low lit rooms and candlelit tables are also conducive to a nice romantic dinner. The Rack has also been voted best sushi in Tampa for several years.

Grass Root is a vegan and raw food restaurant located in a somewhat dodgy neighborhood. The serve only the freshest and highest quality non-genetically modified produce. Their menu identifies items as vegan, vegetarian, or raw/live. The owners are really quite helpful and forthcoming about explanations regarding the kind of food that they serve.
